Stretching excercises
A note from the Doctor:
"Stretching is an integral part of all of my chiropractic regimens I prescribe. Although they are safe for someone with a healthy spine and body, it is not safe for all and some exercises can cause further damage if there is a biomechanical problem. If you are performing these exercises and feel any pain or discomfort whatsoever, discontinue immediately and consult with your chiropractor or medical physician to insure they are safe for you."
