What to expect
• Step 1: Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a brief patient history and information questionnaire. • Step 2: You will then be brought into a consultation room to discuss your conditions. If we feel, based on discussion with you that our treatment methods are appropriate for you, we will then escort you to an examination room. You will then receive an orthopedic and neurological examination, a spinal evaluation and a general physical evaluation. X-rays will be taken, if needed. • Step 3: Pain relieving physiotherapy will generally be used on the first day. Patients who have previously had chiropractic may be adjusted. • Step 4: Your Report of Findings Consultation will be scheduled as soon as the next day. This will give the doctor time to thoroughly evaluate your X-rays and correlate them with your exam. Your diagnosis, treatment plan, and answer any additional questions will be addressed here. • Step 5: Treatment will commence. If you are in severe pain, care will be intensive.
